Ok folks, just a little update. As things stand, i have booked some tables at the Wargrave Arms for the 19th of November. I am currently trying to get in contact with someone from Kings head chess club to find out about borrowing some sets/clocks for the afternoon. Once i have done this i'm going to send out the full details of whats happening/when where, etc... Hopefully Russ will do a site announcement.

I will be circulating an itinerary in the next day or so, so that people can make arrangements. I need a reasonable idea of how many people intend to come first though, as i don't want to book for 1000 people if only 10 intend to come. Chicken and the egg if you get my drift...
